Magic Dining Planner ("the App") is operated by Magic Dining LLC. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
What We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account we collect your email address and first name.
Trip Data
Information you enter into the app: travel dates, party size, dining plan type, dining credit balances, and restaurant reservations. This data is stored in your account so it persists across devices.
Purchase Information
If you purchase a Trip Pass or Travel Agent plan, payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We store only your subscription tier and expiration date.
How We Use It
- To provide and sync your trip planning data across sessions
- To manage your account and subscription access
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore). Data is associated with your account and is only accessible to you.
Deleting Your Data
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings screen inside the app. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
